Ordering and Payment Options

Universal-Gifts.com offers a fast online ordering service and a choice of secure card payment systems - Worldpay and Paypal, two of the UK's largest payment gateways. We appreciate however that not everybody has a card or feels comfortable releasing their card details over the internet. If you would prefer to pay by cheque, provide your card details to us by post / fax or pay / transfer directly into our bank account, you may do so by following the following three steps:
	Complete the order/certificate personalisation form on the Shopping Page.
	Proceed to the Cashier Page and select the payment option required: - "Pay by Cheque" if posting us a cheque or your credit card details. - "Bank Transfer" if paying/transferring directly into our bank account. Click on the "Pay Order" button to complete your order. A copy of your order will be emailed to you.
	Paying by cheque Send a copy of the order email and your cheque payment, payable to Universal-Gifts.com, to our registered address shown below. The cheque must be in UK£ and drawn on a UK banking institution. Please allow slightly longer for delivery as your cheque needs to be processed first. Faxing or posting us your credit card details Either fax to +44 (0)208 660 1865 or send to our registered address (see below), a copy of the order email with the following, additional details: Card holder name as it appears on the card Card holder's address Card Number Card ´valid from´ and ´expiry dates´ Card issue number (switch/solo cards only) If you've placed an order but now wish to pay online by card hit this link! Paying/Transferring into our bank account Payment can be made at any branch of Barclays (UK) or you can make a transfer if you have access to online or telephone banking. Further details will be emailed to you if this payment method is selected. Please note bank charges incurred are the responsibility of the shopper. Bank transfers times vary but on average take 3 working days (UK banks) and up to 5 working days for an international transfer. Paying by Paypal If you have already submitted your order but did not complete the online payment screens we can still accept payment by Paypal (in £ Sterling). Our Paypal address is orders@universal-gifts.com. Please quote the Clients Ref which appears on the order email.
